I would like to thank the entire team of London Mitsubishi and especially Dillon for helping me with my purchase of a new Outlander. I was also paid a significantly higher price for my old Outlander as a Trade-in and an unparalleled interest rate of 6.49% on the new car. The people in the service department are exceptional, and I really appreciate that they feel like they are on your team. I have had the opposite experience at other service centers. They happily explain things in detail, go out of their way to investigate things you ask them, and will work with you on anything you request. I don't get the problem I have had at other dealerships here where they try to hit you with random fees and only when you talk to them do the fees go away, as if they were testing to see if you would pay them. Thanks for your great help and service, both Mitsubishi and the people that work there.

My first Mitsubishi, after 3 weeks with the car I can say I am very much impressed. Dillon assisted me throughout the process and the car so far is delivering everything he promised. He explained in details the difference between each trim and models as I was contemplating more than 1 model to choose from. He was very knowledgeable about the difference between finance and lease as well. If you are thinking about a Mitsubishi just look for him, it may make your decision easier.
